I don't disagree...he could do more but if you recall, some were saying they didn't want to hear ANYTHING until contracts and/or material events could be proven. I don't know the who or what regarding communication to/from him, but if he decided to listen to this advice, and not enough has transpired to release specific details, then he stays silent.

Again, not defending...just trying to apply some logic on the lack of information. I'm as frustrated as everyone else but too am sticking with it.

HEXA is the one thing that frustrates me most. Seems this could have been done long ago and to allow it to become delinquent, as well as ONCI, is just inexcusable and very concerning.
