Think of Brilacidin as the base model of a product such as a car. Can options be added to it to make it indication-specific or to make it a super-AMP against a specific problem such as power steering, brakes, auto transmission, supercharger, turbo, etc can be added to a car?
If so, the Brilacidin platform could conceivably become one of the highest, if not the highest, valued platforms in medicine.
i am no chemical biologist so above may be an absurd dream, but it seems there is always the chance that these small molecules could be adaptive to such customization.
