I got to disagree with that, With out him it is very peaceful and civilized. I have never seen a more rude and overbearing person on the intent anywhere. He insists on getting in the last work, has no give and take and, IMO has a totally closed mind, his way or the highway. If you don't agree with him he can get really vulgar. No thanks.
