This SP absolutely floors me. It probably makes people gun shy to pull the trigger on buying more. All I can say with 99.9% certainty is that anyone buying any amount of shares now will see life changing gains. I am not sure if institutions are selling or if maybe its a green shoe/over allotment thing taking place. What I am sure about is Verb is not a company that is going to increase 10% Q over Q. It’s going to be much more aggressive then that.

Watching the SP deteriorating day in and day out is depressing even for us who have never considered selling. It’s a blessing in disguise however, to be able to buy at these levels at this stage of the game. Opportunities like this do NOT come along often, or for most, never. Be thankful we have shares, accumulate if we can and focus on the things in life that really matter.
