The CYDY branch in China and any deal with a Chinese company concern me. China disregards all and any copyright and patent laws. $10 million now might sound great, but when’s hey steal the formula and sell the product in China, CYDY could lose out big time. Maybe someone could ask about this at the investors meeting?

The father of one of my close friends is a big time patent attorney and fought a case against a Chinese company for DuPont. DuPont and the Chinese company had made an agreement to build some type of chemical plant in China. Long story short, the Chinese company took all of Dupont’s propriety information related to this factory, canceled the agreement and built a couple of the factories without any residual payments to DuPont. My friends father fought the Chinese company in Chinese court and the Chinese court basically told DuPont that they didn’t see any issue with what the Chinese company had done. DuPont is a large company and could afford to suffer those loses, and CYDY could too, if China only sells the stolen Leronlimab formula to China. But if the company were to sell the drug world wide for cheaper than CYDY, we could have problems.
