Interesting analysis Black Doggie. The one thing I'd like to point out is how you calculated the 'exposure'.
I have 28k warrants that I have from 2 Paulson deals.
Though this may be flawed thinking on my part, I never considered these 28k shares in my total of CYDY shares. So I see this TO opportunity for me to come up with $11,200 to convert all 28k warrants and then get 14k additional shares. Inplan on selling some other stocks to raise this $11k.
But....I could also sell $11k worth of CYDY as I have a lot of shares....to fund this TO. In my flawed mind, I would increase my CYDY exposure by 42k shares less the approximately 25k shares I would need to sell to raise the $11k. Thus....in the end i would have 17k MORE shares since i never counted the warrants as converted shares in the first place.
Like Saltz, i am DEFINITELY not selling CYDY shares to fund the tender offer.
