I contacted the OTC markets yesterday, they say it takes 3-5 days to approve filings but it will show that Dr Dalton sent them in on their website the very same day. The stop sign will remain intact until the filings are approved.

BUT we still must wonder if there is an RM at play or if we are listing on the Canadian Exchange. We will know before Hope Global Forums. I am still hoping to know this week but Doc could have timed it for the day before the Forums AH. We do not know his plan. All we know is that it is huge especially now that our Israeli and other international connections have come to light as several of us have been saying for many, many months!
