The point is, there are any number of ways Doctor Dalton might structure this conglomerate, and the possibilities are wide open. I suspect Dalton will want Univec (if we do keep that name) to be an American company because that might help with suppling product to the Veterans Administration. However, there are distinct advantages to incorporating in Canada including access to cheaper capital.
