Biggest question is are the new notes or old notes.
This is ugly!
Only an amazing time to buy if these are the old notes clearing out. If it isnt new than it's a money making oppertunity!!
I feel like we are going to be run through the ringer a few times before some really large contracts come through and blows this thing up.
