curncman yes the DIAMOND and SAIGON deals are noted
in the 10Q. They just still at the memorandum stage still waiting
on more significant developments.
Bottom line as I see it is nothing is going to happen with
PHIL until the $4M from DIO deal is collected so Henry
can start a BUYBACK. He has no incentive to announce
anything significant until he can start a BUYBACK.
And since VINA revs r not going
to show on PHIL balance sheet until ANNUAL Report
end of SEPT 2019 anyway I don't see any movement in the
stock until then.
