I will likely disappoint you
every drug approved by FDA has to go through regulatory process of phase 1,2,3 clinical trials.
If drug is good it may get a special status at some point of this long and expensive journey and be treated differently.
Most are approved following phase 3 trials but some based on QoL data may get approval following phase 2 data.
No fundraising can help but patient advocacy groups can
