After reading the whole filing, IMO, this is the most important detail, if you can call it "detail." We could definitely use more information. Would it kill Mark to tell us who these companies are? What's with the cagey "super double secret probation?" Are we members of Delta Tau Chi?

In November 2018, we executed two distribution agreements for our security products in the insurance and hospitality marketplaces, respectively.
