IMO. Most longs are pretty much fully loaded already,
The forward looking statements say bigger revenues will be later in the year.
Most penny stock traders have a much shorter time frames in mind, They would rather wait, and pay more later to have a more sure positive outcome and a shorter period of risk.
Everyone has their own reasons for trading the way they do. I am loaded and willing to wait. One never knows when unexpected great news hits the wires, which could double or triple the pps in a heartbeat.
