SJ ,- To my knowledge , in biotech price is not by MC , by prediction of earning within about 5 years , and it is usually 3-5 times PS and not PE ...
Also change a little with diseases it go for , and what is a competition....
Yes , sometimes , when need / want to do fast deal , price maybe little lower ,
but ..... cancer , HIV , and GvHD together , not counting other diseases...... I will never believe will go for 5-10 per share, with full 700 mill OS.
IMO , not possible , Dr NP knows the value , and Dr RP knows even more...
