Anyone else notice everything has an if / then relationship, but the "then" part never happens?
Once Delaware debt is resettled, THEN audit.
Once share reduction, THEN redomicile in Colorado.
Once ads are ready, THEN the private label will be announced.
Berman creates these contingencies to seemingly buy time, create hype, or give himself a free pass on failures or things he never really intended to do, and then (I guess?) just hopes everyone will forget as he shuttles them towards the next if / then pocket full of hope fundamental.
