If the guy had business smarts he would restructure the company..ie make himself COB and hire a competent CEO with the correct business acumen. He could still handle the sales and marketing. But because he probably has an ego the size of Manhattan he will either be the savior or be the captain who causes the ship to hit the iceberg.
