Agree ohm. That was what I meant. Whether long-term leronlimab treatment could cure without BMT by just waiting out the infected memory T cells death over many years? Then when new memory cells develop, their CCR5 receptors will be blocked by leronlimab as soon as they develop thereby preventing infection. Basically you are riding out the virus. Question is if patents bone marrow stem cells also contain any hidden reservoirs of virus. If not, then BMT would not be needed. Just a theory. Defer to others on this.
