I'm sure that's on Rory's mind. After all, he is the largest shareholder with the most to lose. To me it looks like someone with a lot of shares is wanting to sell, but doesn't want to sell much below $2. Notice how the selling pressure eases when it goes below $2. Comes back up then more shares on the ask appear. If they tried to sell all the shares at once, it would tank the SP and they wouldn't make as much as slowly selling. For that reason, I don't think it is someone that hates VERB, just someone that doesn't want to invest in the long run.
