Why did DECN file a Notification of Late Filing for the Quarterly Report on 5-16-19 with an anticipated filing date of 5-20-19 when they filed the Quarterly Report on 5-15-19?

DECN filed the quarterly report, then gave notice a day later that they would be late in filing.

HUH?

Oh, in rereading, I see...

"Company is currently converting the required Supplemental Information form and discussion, dated April 2013 and used since, and filed timely, to conform with the same Supplemental Information form dated February 2019."

I had noticed that the Quarterly Report Supplemental Disclosures

was headed by:

ANNUAL REPORT FOR OTC PINK Supplemental Disclosures Quarterly Report for the Period Ended March 31, 2019

Perhaps the confusing "Annual Report" for "Quarterly Report" is being changed to "Quarterly Report"?

Perhaps the 73 pages of repetitive copy and paste redundancy is being corrected?
