I don't think anyone here would know for fact if the signed term sheets have dates. They are preliminary and non binding so they wouldn't necessarily have expiration dates. But if one party wanted to make sure something happened in a certain time frame they would probably include that so the other party knew what timeframe they were working to. Then again it could be a verbal date since either party can walk away at any time. Good luck!
