I've been reporting accounts to twitter that spam retweet about VERB. Very annoying and makes it look like a pump/dump company.
Day traders will never go away because there are so many categories of day traders - some trade stocks below $5, some only above $10, some like bigger plays. Day traders aren't afraid of NASDAQ companies - they just change their strategy to match the price action of ticker. They love volume.
In my view all different types of traders/investors are necessary and could be helpful for a stocks share price (day, swing, long term holds, momentum buyers, bottom buyers, etc.). We just need a push in the right direction to start the climb.
