toodles imo it would take LEGISLATION (highly unlikely with all
the lobbying power they have to stop it ) to do something
like that even if the technology is viable. The major Carriers
are not going to voluntarily do something that diminishes
cell phone use.
As for the 1A your just wrong if it gets approved that why
the stipulation is in there in OFFICIAL WRITING
that SB is subject to SERIOUS PENALTY if anything
about the financials are misleading.
