Agree Zadie, the Audit needs to be done NOW if this Company is to go any where, Steve can get deals and they can get verified but that still doesn't verify the financials.
His 10k a month raise could have paid for the Audit already, It's still a big concern for me that he got this raise, he was already getting paid very well for his service.
