I don't think it is Salesforce. I think it is an application in the direct sales department, but in this case, it's one that provides other services in addition to those we can see in streamshare, ultirus etc. I do not know what Rory meant exactly when he said it would "face customers". Perhaps it is an app that is meant to be downloaded in the final customer's smartphone and not just on the seller's side.

Salesforce is more likely one of the companies mentioned at the end of the Q&A. Rory said testing and integration would still require some time on this front.
