NT what-ifs:
Could be any number of fully legit reasons for this latest NT-10Q...but WTH, for the sake of exercise, let me toss this out for some hypothetical calisthenics & providing a conceivable-deliberate reason for the NT filing:
What-if the 2nd tranche timeline is in keeping w/ receiving the first $500K tranche (exactly 4 months late to the day, for whatever reason[?])...by that measure, the 2nd $500K tranche should be received on 5/20/19 (also exactly 4 months late).....or not
Not saying this is going to pan-out that way...but in the abscence of any other reason for the overdue 2nd payment, it might be a possibility, I reckon'[?].
