Drilling Rigs already work 24-Hours per day & do not get lunch breaks. TECO's work-over rigs probably to not operate like normal rigs do though.

Normally a land rig is getting paid $20K to $25K/day, so they work 24-7-365... But since TECO's rigs are not up to standard & no one would ever contract for any work, it is not important for TECO's rigs to work around the clock, because they are not loosing 20K-25K/day for the downtime like other rigs would be.
