But I feel this is just going to be another case to be dropped by SFOR , after Ropes and Gray stopped representing SFOR.
Although Duo was a Big Fish to Fry, the Market is full of Bigger Fish once the Alice 101 issue is Resolved.
I feel SFOR should take every opportunity to Capitalize on the Overturning of ALICE 101, by being a the Heart of the decesion to have ALICE overturned.
It would help Marketing and Name Recognition immensely. SFOR SCOTUS Bound !
Awaiting Mark's update on going up the Judicial Ladder, to the Supreme Court !
Again, at the SHM in 2018, George Waller stated he had a list of 70 Patent Infriggers. And Mark had stated more than once, that they would eventually be going after Google !
Even dropping Duo, it still leaves going after CISCO Systems Open. Let's hope Blank Rome, keeps the Litigation Party going.
