Update: "A highlight from the 10Q in subsequent events but did not get recorded on the balance sheet by end of the Q1; CMA loan showed a decrease of $138K off the $1.5 million but we have paid a total of $1.1 million as of today. No new shares have been issued since June of 2018. $VYST"
