suspect it was more like NR had to get in front of this info ..
at every turn .. NR has tried to counter management
if NR hadn't *worked* efforts last M/T .. today's IPIX volume (and it may still be)
would probably be record setting .. decoys working overtime today to block and UC (stall) on the ask .. NR *cant* lose control of IPIX
hopefully comes as no surprise to anyone here ..
last September NR hammered for shares via *mostly bogus volume*
earlier this year NR stalled for shares after learning something *imo* in February
then 2 weeks ago NR did a *test* that stopped out @ 11:04AM (19c)
then NR let the helium out of the balloon last M/T on volume and
an almost run away PPS (NR almost lost a few x)
b4 the then by rote NR *clamp* back down
today should be interesting ..
