I am glad to see the CC scheduled for Monday. Even if they do not have a license deal to announce at that time, IMO is it important to provide updates and Q&A prior to the vote deadline of 21 May 2019 (and the responsible thing to do even if they think they have enough votes already).
This tells me that the BOD and management has a good pulse on things even if it doesn't always appear so on the surface. This is extremely encouraging sign for me personally.
