It's not a lie and thus a TOS violation when somebody says that they believe something and make it clear that it is their SPECULATIVE opinion -- not stated as fact, and not an obvious untruth but merely an opinion. "Tend to believe" makes that very clear.

However it is a TOS violation to attack someone the way that the resident troll did. I leave it up only in case someone was in doubt whether this identity really has malign intent. Other moderators, if you want to delete that identity's post, feel free to do so.
