for those of you who might have wondered what i mean by the comment

*resetting the 52 week high lower* on IPIX*

after months of a *stall* last year @ approximately 70c .. NR began slowly .. May
2018 to early September 2018 .. breaking IPIX's PPS south of 70c .. if memory
serves the next 52 week high *reset* NR did was @ 5805c on 9.7.18 ..

it was a week later on 9.12.18 .. that NR began their last brutal assault against
retail investors and by default .. management .. by injecting *volume*


PPS range on IPIX in the last 4 months (2018) of *mostly bogus volume* .. 58c - 7c

this is what i'm referencing **** see below

and ** is what i refer to as a volume algo (note 90 day @ 49) .. watching to see if able to be maintained ... and when if maintained ... and *trades* to maintain if able
