There are stocks that it is a concern that company insiders own so much of the shares but VERB is not one of those stocks (in my opinion).
In this case it shows management's interests are aligned with shareholders.
It also makes the float small. I don't know what other stock has such a low float and is profitable, has cash in the bank, and showing 40% growth quarter to quarter! That is just astounding!
I have zero concern about how many shares are owned by insiders and institutions, and also I believe a good percentage (and a growing percentage) is owned by longs who aren't selling at the first pop.
