no there is no trading volume requirement to my knowledge -if there were it would be very low and satisfied by zn

-various levels of the nasdaq merely require -among other things, that the company have at least 1.1 million shares outstanding(and not held by insiders i think - but i dont have time to look up the insider angle right now and its irrelevant bc zn easily satisfies the min shares requirement by having over 71 million shares-which btw is a very low number of shares for a 19 yr old corp
