From S-3 statements I noticed that Paul J Maddon accumulated CYDY shares and appears to be over 1.4 million. When I research him online he seems proud of Pro-140. Does anyone know if Dr. Maddon actually paid for shares through the offerings or the were shares granted through consulting type arrangements? One S-3 had a reference to consulting shares but I do not think the others did. Would be interesting to know if he actually invested cash.

It took me a long time to realize the magnitude of CyroDyn’s potential. I am betting (accumulating shares) that the light bulb will go on in a lot of minds quite soon.
