Here's what I thought I heard:
As of today there are 22,309,788 issued and outstanding
which includes the shares issued to institutions and SC
8.2M are owned by insiders which equals 37%
Rory owns 3.3M or 15%
New institutional investors 4.7M or 21%`
That means approximately 58% are owned by insiders, former Sound Concept principles and institutions.
Bet you someone will have some "concerns" with this
Oh, and it doesn't include the private placements and the ones I know, haven't sold
Given all the buying since the uplist, float is getting locked up which is a "concern" but not to me
