I am thinking there is something else in the works besides the warrant conversion and we will hear about it before the deadline. NP knows that a lot of shareholders are not Paulson investors and I would be shocked if he thought everyone would be excited about the Tender Offer he knows what everyone is looking for. I would be surprised if they got more than 25 MM from the conversion. I think many at 75 cents or more will covert. I chatted with my friend and he is keeping all his 50s and converting 75s.

I think the delays that trding spoke about are unfortunate, but the timing of TNBC injection and pca test licensing could all come in next 30 days and that would be a bazooka to the shorts...
