It taken them $200M to get Pro 140 to almost full BLA submission with combo, pivotal p3 submission with mono HIV, p1/p2 TNBC, p2 gvhd, possible more to come. I think they have been very wise with their money in the past. There are milestone in place this year they just need to hit. The biggest issue is the BLA got unexpectedly delayed 6 months when the FDA requested safety data for 700mg patients for combo--those patients had not even taken 700mg, then the TNBC trial has not started, both of which has created a lot financial pressure on the company to continue raising funds in that negative, almost toxic environment now. If that had not happened we probably would be in a completely different situation right now, but you have to roll with what you get.
If the company is successful with either mono hiv or cancer, the current sp is a deal of a lifetime. I think they are going to hit both, though I'm more slightly bullish on cancer.
