This is a normal earnings call, and all the necessary info every investor needs to know about what happened for 1Q of this year will be provided, along with the filing of the earnings report.
I am sure Rory has plenty to do preparing for this, and it ought to have even more info than what typically is provided in a SHAC, this time lots of revenue/earnings info, hopefully forward guidance for 2Q and talk about things in the pipeline for 2Q. This is all standard for NASDAQ stocks (or NYSE stocks). Earnings calls for OTC stocks, sometimes, but not so much.
Hopefully some analysts will be on the call, and usually there is an opportunity for them to ask questions.
I would think a SHAC would be very redundant with all of that.
