Anybody else agree that when one side of an argument is relying primarily on parsing words, then that side is in a world of hurt?
When one considers positioning a company, do most believe it is as easy as moving a horse, a car, or some other body where one has total control over the movement of that object? Of course not.
IPIX is dealing with federal agencies on 2 continents, multiple BPs in terms of negotiations, allotment of funds for needed clinical events or delivery system improvements, funding of the company, etc, etc and they have total control over none of these areas since all require interactions with other organizational entities.
As for me, I sure wouldn't bet against IPIX getting things done before anybody without a need to know heard of what they were doing.
