I hate that scumbag SOD. What kind of person sits around and posts like that on so many stocks all day every day? What kind of a life is that? We are talking about a very sick pathetic individual here if he's not buying shares. I keep hearing the 211 is signed and delivered to FINRA, but don't know what happens after than or how long it takes.
