I am sure he is working on the old school PR on the IBM typewriter right now - lol.
Will we know who the PL2 is before anyone else here in New England - probably not because ONCI won't be named per se. We would have to "assume" it's ONCI.
But we have been assuming a lot of stuff for 3 years now.
