Steve Berman's reputation is so bad now, no news is moving onci at this point. Investors are looking for a real verified proof. Unless that happens, onci will be in a gutter.

Hope this PL2, if that can be verified, will change the direction. This is the right time to recruit a PR company and release verified news in a series, imho.
