ASCM is doing everything to keep the price low. There 10,000 blocks are hiding the real block size and they have been sitting on the inside of both the Bid and the Ask most of the morning.

All the shares being sold are being "gobbled up" and I do not know why anyone would be selling so close to filings and the Conf.
