Ha! Exactly. If/when PTOI's idle facility is sold then PTOI will be completely virtual, residing entirely in Mr. Heddle's head and in the hearts of the shareholders who still believe in him.
If a customer does come along and is willing to plunk down millions of dollars or so for a processor, sight unseen, untested and unverified, then Mr. Heddle can spring into action, buy a processor from Donghe in China and pass it along to the customer.
