Thanks for the update BruceLake. Here's hoping Shmuel's emails will help this lawsuit wind down. I wonder if any attorney's on our board can throw out their opinion regarding this lawsuit. Seems to me that some sort of disclosure would have been turned over by the securities law firm spelling out what they were hired to do and what OWCP was required to do. At least Sept 24 is a summer away before conference - do you think there is enough evidence presented for an "out-of-court" settlement?
