EPGL Alert: EPGL investors should note that AJW and Pricewaterhouse have not put their shares up for sell. There is no transaction pending
EPGL only holds the right of first refusal and no transaction for those shares is anticipated for several months or even years.
However, if and when the AJW / Pricewaterhouse Coopers shares become available to purchase, EPGL would desire to acquire them.
