Zadie ONCI is on a minimum $2.4M NET PROFIT run rate
for next 12 months WITHOUT any CATALYST deals like
the 2nd PL or the one SB now has a verbal on or
others like Detroit or Charlotte etc etc.

SB has Many Options to increase shareholder value
