You are right in that he said shareholder CC and likely not on the 22nd. Maybe they are waiting to schedule the CC until they have some sort of financing agreement inked as nothing is scheduled yet? I'm still hopeful that we get something positive on the financing front before next Wednesday.

One other observation I noticed is NP appears to be traveling again. Doesn't necessarily mean anything, but thought I would note nonetheless.
