What do you mean it's not allowed? If anyone thinks that it is worthwhile to argue whether or not a signed legal document can be enforced, and whether the parties to the agreement are smart enough to adhere to its terms, then they're free to join in.

The fact that no one is discussing it should tell you that no one by you thinks that there is anything to discuss.
